Washington County, Arkansas Car Wreck Kills 3 People

Three people were killed in a head-on collision in Washington County Sunday afternoon.

Tiffany A. Toan, 46, Thelma J. Holland, 75, and Jimmy C. Mason, 76, all of Summers, died, according to the preliminary fatal crash report from Arkansas State Police.

Toan was driving a 2014 Chevy north on Highway 59in Summers, just south of Cincinnati at 3:32 p.m. Sunday.

The Chevy went across the center line and crashed into a 2004 Dodge headed south. Mason was driving the Dodge and Holland was a passenger.

The crash sent both vehicles partly into a ditch on the side of the road.
