Kathryn “Katy” Wright was raised in Lonoke, Arkansas, and has always had a genuine passion for helping others. She is a dedicated and detail-driven attorney who combines strong legal analysis with a client-centered, empathetic approach. Katy earned her Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, graduating magna cum laude.

Throughout law school, Katy remained deeply involved in service-oriented leadership. She served as Vice President of the Environmental Law Society, Vice President of the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, and both Senator and Vice President within the Student Bar Association. These roles reflect her commitment to advocacy, collaboration, and community engagement.

Before entering the legal profession, Katy spent more than a decade developing experience in complex problem-solving, leadership, and analytical evaluation. In positions ranging from Assistant Store Manager to IT Quality Assurance Analyst, she routinely conducted in-depth investigations, identifying root causes and documenting recreatable steps – skills that now strengthen her ability to analyze cases, evaluate evidence, and pursue effective solutions for her clients. This background enables her to approach legal challenges with both precision and compassion, understanding how legal decisions affect real people and their everyday lives.

Katy is an active member of the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. Outside of her work, she loves traveling, exploring new places, and is a devoted animal lover – values that reinforce her empathy and ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
