1. Sponsor Labor Day Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by The Brad Hendricks Law Firm, located at 500 Pleasant Valley Drive, Suite C, Little Rock, AR 72227 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Arkansas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of The Brad Hendricks Law Firm, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period The Giveaway begins on August 31, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on September 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM CST ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
4. How to Enter [Insert primary entry method, e.g., Fill out the official entry form on our website. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries or automated entries will be void.
5. Winner Selection & Odds Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize Description & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Prize: Three (3) individual prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one (1) Rtic 20 Can Ultra-Tough Cooler. Total aggregate ARV of all prizes is $477 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be made except as provided at the Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable local, state, and federal taxes, if any.
7. Winner Notification & Prize Delivery Potential winners will be announced on Friday, September 4, 2026, and will be notified via the email address provided at entry. Prizes will be delivered to the verified winner's within 30 days of winner confirmation, pursuant to Arkansas state regulations. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
8. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Rtic., Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party platform. Rtic is not a sponsor or co-sponsor of this promotion.
9. General Conditions & Privacy By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for giveaway administration and winner notification in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
10. Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants release and hold harmless The Brad Hendricks Law Firm and its representatives from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
