The Brad Hendricks Law Firm Named 2019 Best Places to Work in Arkansas

The Brad Hendricks Law Firm was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in Arkansas after taking part in an extensive process that involved a comprehensive company evaluation and a series of employee feedback questionnaires.

Now in its seventh year, this annual program was created by Arkansas Business and Best Companies Group. It was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Arkansas, benefiting the state’s businesses, workforce, and economy. The list is made up of 46 companies and The Brad Hendricks Law Firm has been honored as one of them.

To be considered for participation, our firm had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

1. Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business, or government entity;

2. Be a publicly or privately held business;

3. Have a facility in Arkansas;

4. Have at least 15 employees in Arkansas;

5. Be in business a minimum of 1 year.

The Brad Hendricks Law Firm was up against companies from across the state in a two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s philosophy, policies, systems, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation.

The second part consisted of a company-wide survey to measure the general employee experience and give employees a chance to offer honest feedback. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation.

Once finished, Best Companies Group combined the scores, analyzed the data, and then determined the final rankings. The Brad Hendricks Law Firm was among the finalists chosen.

The rest of the winners will be revealed at a special event on September 26, 2019. Additionally, The Brad Hendricks Law Firm will be featured in a special supplement of Arkansas Business on September 30, 2019.
