Kale was born in Colorado and moved to Royal, Arkansas as a child. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in religious studies and a minor in creative writing. After graduating from college, Kale gained valuable experience working with at-risk youth in a variety of ways, both in Arkansas and in the Kansas City, Missouri Metro. This experience fostered his empathy and ability to connect with individuals facing difficult circumstances.

His drive to help people led him to apply to law school. He graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in Akron, Ohio, where he was a member and officer of several organizations, advocated for student mental health, and created and moderated a law school meme page. Kale’s academic work focused on unique areas of law, including research on technology-related sex crimes, an area that he hopes to one day be published in.

In law school, Kale clerked for Judge Linda Tucci-Teodosio, an award-winning juvenile court judge in Akron, Ohio, recognized nationally as a leader in the field of juvenile justice and trauma-informed care. At the end of his clerkship, Judge Teodosio challenged Kale to take everything he learned back to Arkansas and be the best lawyer and public servant he could be, and he tries to live up to that challenge every day.

With a diverse background in contract litigation, debtor's law, housing issues, and Social Security law, Kale brings a unique perspective to his practice. He is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal matters and achieve positive outcomes.
