Investigator Bill Covey Asked to be a Guest Speaker at the 2019 Combat Advisor Training Course Gradu

On July 12, 2019, firm investigator Bill Covey addressed 65 student graduates of the Combat Advisor Training Course (CATC) offered by the Military Advisor Training Academy.

His extensive military background and experience as a Combat Advisor set him apart as an ideal speaker. He retired from the United States Army as a Chief Warrant Officer after serving for more than 20 years. During this period, he spent two years in Vietnam on different advisory teams, including…

  1. 1963 – 1964 (one year of service) – Advisory Team 70 with Military Assistance Advisory Group (MAAG)

  2. 1969 – 1970 (one year of service) – Advisory Team 73 assigned to Chuong Thien Province, Duc Long District

The advisor course was discontinued after Vietnam, but has since reopened in Fort Benning, Georgia. Covey was proud to come back and impart his wisdom and knowledge on a group of soldiers that are preparing for deployment to Afghanistan and Africa. His speech was on the topic of EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED which will help students in their foreign deployment.

As an investigator for The Brad Hendricks Law Firm for over nine years, Mr. Covey has been a loyal and integral part of this organization. The firm congratulates him on this honor!
