Lloyd W. “Tré” Kitchens was raised in Dallas, TX and is a graduate of Texas Christian University. He began law school in Little Rock in 1996, graduating in 1999. He is married with two daughters that are 12 and 10.

Sheldon Smith lives in Little Rock with his wife and three children and is a graduate of Covenant College (1995) and The University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law (2002). Mr. Smith is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Arkansas. His areas of practice include commercial litigation, personal injury, civil rights, bankruptcy, wrongful death, and products liability.
Michelle Tyree first joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm as a litigation paralegal and was promoted to Executive Administrator. She received a Paralegal Certification from the University of Arkansas before joining our firm. She obtained an Associates Degree from Pulaski Technical College and is still working towards a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is the Vice-President and Newsletter Editor of the Arkansas Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators and a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association Paralegal/Legal Assistant Affiliate program. She was born and raised in central Arkansas and loves working so close to home. Michelle and her husband, Christopher, reside in North Little Rock. The thing she loves most about her job is that each day brings new challenges and new solutions.
Chuck Ellis first joined the Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2005 as the Administrative Assistant, and was recently promoted to Financial Administrator in the Accounting Department. Chuck attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1993. Chuck has previous experience in the fields of insurance, banking and retail management. Chuck is originally from Clarendon, Arkansas but now resides in Little Rock.
Jeanette Evans is a paralegal in the firm’s Medical Negligence Department. She was born in Des Arc and now resides in Little Rock, Arkansas. Jeanette has been a paralegal since 1982, approximately. She has the dubious distinction of having Hillary Clinton as her first boss. Prior to joining The Brad Hendricks Law Firm, she worked for firms in Louisiana and Connecticut. Jeanette enjoys the professional working atmosphere at The Brad Hendricks Law Firm and the mutual respect shared between the paralegals and attorneys for whom they work. Jeanette is a member of the supervisory staff of the firm and is the Needles Team Leader, which is our case management software.
David Helms joined the Brad Hendricks Law Firm in March 2012 as an Administrative Assistant. David was raised in Sherwood, Arkansas. He moved with his wife and two children to South Louisiana, just above New Orleans, after Hurricane Katrina to help the rebuilding process. While there, David and his wife started and ran a drug rehab/homeless shelter. After David was in a serious car accident, he and his family relocated back to Little Rock. He loves playing baseball with his family when not in the office.
Linda Corp has been a paralegal in the firm’s Social Security Department since 1994. Linda obtained a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from S.U.N.Y. Empire State College in Saratoga Springs, New York and received her Paralegal Certificate from Southern Career Institute. She grew up in Western New York but has lived in Arkansas since 1990. She enjoys the challenges and complexities of social security law as it allows her to make a difference in the lives of our clients. Linda is proud to be part of a team of professionals that not only provide legal representation, but also pay personal attention to each client.
Shannon Evans is a paralegal in the firm’s personal injury department. She joined the firm in 1997. Shannon was born in Little Rock but raised in Lonoke, Arkansas. She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, majoring in Sociology with a minor in Social Work. Prior to joining our firm, Shannon held various positions within the legal community. She enjoys talking with clients and the one-on-one contact she has with each of them. Her extensive training and communication skills assist her in helping our client’s obtain the personal injury benefits which they deserve.
Donna Glass joined the Brad Hendricks Law Firm in December 2011 as a paralegal in the firm’s Social Security Department. She was previously employed with the Social Security Administration. During her tenure with the Social Security Administration, Donna served in various roles, including Claims Representative, Teleservice Representative, Claims Development Clerk, and Office Aide. She was born and raised in Texarkana, Arkansas, where she attended Texarkana Community College and Texas A&M University (Texarkana). Donna believes that the most rewarding part of her job is helping clients understand the Social Security disability process. She enjoys singing in her church choir and completing jigsaw and Sudoku puzzles.
Kristi Goodman joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2000 as a legal secretary. She was promoted to Executive Administrator in 2003. In 2004, she was awarded Outstanding Paralegal/Legal Assistant of the Year by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. Kristi relocated to Nashville, Tennessee in 2005, but in September 2008 she rejoined the firm. She is also a spokesperson for our firms’ television commercials. She attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management. Kristi was born and raised in Clarendon, AR but now resides in Little Rock with her husband and son. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and shopping. Kristi enjoys assisting clients with their needs and the professionalism at The Brad Hendricks Law Firm.
Mary Anne Gunter is a legal assistant in the firm’s medical negligence department. Mary Anne earned her B.A. degree from Lyon College and, as a former nurse, seeks to help injured patients and their families. She is a lifelong volunteer for non-profits ranging from the Arkansas Literary Fest, to SCAN, to serving on the Board of Directors of a small domestic violence shelter. She has a passion for advocating for women and children, and has led groups on parenting education and divorce recovery. Mary Anne enjoys European travel, is a voracious reader, and continues her academic studies on topics ranging from women’s healthcare in the prison setting to ethics to studying the lives of Socrates and Dietrich Bonhoeffer. She enjoys writing and had an academic research paper published in an undergraduate psychology journal. Mary Anne and her husband of 25 years are empty-nesters with a spoiled basset hound.
Lea Ann Lawrence is a legal assistant in the firm’s medical negligence department. She has been in the legal field since 1995 and joined the firm in 2012. Lea Ann earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Arkansas State University and her Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Lea Ann’s legal experience includes work in personal injury, product liability, nursing home negligence, and medical negligence cases. Lea Ann enjoys the challenges and complexities of medical negligence cases.
Robin Morgan joined the Brad Hendricks Law Firm as a bankruptcy paralegal in July 2008. She was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. Robin graduated from Henderson State University with Bachelor of Arts Degree in Family and Consumer Science. Robin has extensive experience on the creditor side of bankruptcy spanning more than a decade. She also has six years’ experience working with Head Start children and families. Robin is dedicated to helping our clients in need of assistance through bankruptcy. Robin resides in Benton, Arkansas, with her daughter.
Audra Murray joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2010 as a paralegal in our commercial litigation department. Audra received her Associate of Arts degree in History from College of Lake County, in Grayslake, Illinois, and later obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Technology from Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock, Arkansas. As a member of the legal community, Audra has served as a paralegal in the areas of estate planning, probate and the formation of small business corporations since 1999. Currently, Audra resides in Sherwood, Arkansas.
Beverly J. Parker joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm as Communication Coordinator. She was born, raised and resides in Little Rock, Arkansas. Prior to joining The Brad Hendricks Law Firm, Beverly worked for a group of pediatricians. She enjoys dealing with the public and exemplifies the spirit of our firm by the warm and professional manner she uses while managing calls from clients. Beverly’s ability to cope with our busy switchboard is truly amazing.
Sean Patterson joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2011 as a Legal Assistant. Sean was born in Texarkana, Texas, but grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas. In May 2010, Sean graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. A resident of Little Rock, Sean has worked in the legal community for several years. Sean works closely with the firm’s bankruptcy attorneys and paralegals, which he greatly enjoys, because of the fresh start the firm offers and the relief from financial burdens that bankruptcy provides.
Janie Pelkey joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm as paralegal in 1996. She was born, raised and resides in North Little Rock, Arkansas, with her husband. She is a Certified Professional Legal Secretary. Janie has more than 25 years’ experience and has been a personal injury and medical malpractice paralegal since 1996. In her spare time, Janie enjoys playing with her grandson and cooking for her family. Janie is a great asset in training new employees on the computerized case management system utilized by the firm. Her greatest reward is the satisfaction she enjoys assisting our clients who have been injured as a result of the negligence of another.
Kari Thompson is a paralegal specializing in Nursing Home Negligence, Personal Injury, and Social Security. Kari studied Speech Pathology and Broadcasting at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. Her job experience has varied from working in medical management and assisting, radio, banking, operating satellite clinics, and owning her own business. She has also worked in the Circuit Clerk’s Office as a Case Coordinator for Drug Court. Kari’s experience, work ethic and professionalism help to foster good working relationships with our clients. Kari is also a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association/Legal Assistant Affiliate Program.
Reba Westerman joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 1999 as a paralegal in our personal injury department. Reba was born and raised in Malvern, Arkansas. She now resides in Sherwood, Arkansas. She graduated from Henderson State University with an Associates Degree in Office Administration. Reba has worked within the legal community since 1987 and enjoys the challenges that each new case brings as she strives to resolve the sometimes difficult situations that our clients endure.
Gloria Witcher joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in March 2014 as a General Secretary and recently became Legal Assistant to the Bankruptcy Department. She was born and raised in Mountain Home, Arkansas, and now resides in North Little Rock with her husband, Bryon.
John R. Brumley is an Investigator for the firm. John has over 26 years’ experience in law enforcement and retired from a police department in South Arkansas. John joined the Brad Hendricks Law Firm in May 2011. John has three daughters and resides in El Dorado with his wife Elaine.
Jayson Jones joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2010 as Administrative Assistant. Jayson grew up in White Hall, Arkansas, and now resides in Maumelle. Jayson became an investigator for the firm in March 2012. Jayson has always been considered to be a true professional, our firm is looking forward to working with him in his new role as an investigator.
Bill Covey is an investigator for The Brad Hendricks Law Firm. Bill retired from the United States Army as a Chief Warrant Officer after serving more than 20 years. He received an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern Oklahoma State University. Bill has worked for many years in the Middle East, including Iraq and Kuwait. Bill was once employed by the Arabian American Oil Company, King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Buradah, Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. He has also served as a technical writer for the United States Department of Energy, and in other writing positions.
Greg Hobby joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in October 2008 as our investigator for central Arkansas. Greg has experience in sales and in the hospitality and restaurant industries. A lifelong resident of the Little Rock area, Greg’s interests include sports, cooking, and raising his son. His expertise in interacting with and assisting people make him a valuable asset to the firm.
Col. Ken Rabe has been an Investigator for The Brad Hendricks Law Firm since 1996. He currently resides in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corp in 1966, is a Vietnam Vet. and was discharged with Rank of Colonel in 1988. He obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Northwest University and a degree in Paralegal and Private Investigations from the University of Arkansas. In addition to being an investigator, Col. Rabe is an authorized process server for the entire State of Arkansas both federal and state service.
Bob Rogers started with the firm in June 2010 and is the firm’s investigator for eastern Arkansas. Bob attended ASU Jonesboro. He has 2 children and 4 grandchildren. He has an extensive background in agriculture through farming, chemical sales, and farm equipment sales. Bob is a resident of Hazen where he and his wife have lived for thirty-seven years. He likes to fish and hunt- especially duck hunt. He also loves to spend time with family and grandchildren.
