Firm Administration And Management

Michelle Busbea...first joined the Brad Hendricks Law Firm as a litigation paralegal and was promoted to Executive Administrator. She received a Paralegal Certification from the University of Arkansas before joining our firm. Michelle is also working towards a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and plans on continuing her legal career by attending law school. She is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association Paralegal/Legal Assistant Affiliate program. She was born and raised in central Arkansas and loves working so close to home. The thing she loves most about her job is meeting and working with so many different people. She is also a spokesperson for our firms' television commercials.

Chuck Ellis ...first joined the Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2005 as the Administrative Assistant, and was recently promoted to Financial Administrator and Investigation Supervisor in the Accounting Department. Chuck attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1993. Chuck has previous experience in the fields of insurance, banking and retail management. Chuck is originally from Clarendon, Arkansas but now resides in Little Rock with his wife and daughter.

Jeanette Evans...is a paralegal in the firm's Medical Negligence Department. She was born in Des Arc and now resides in Cabot, Arkansas with her husband and three children. Jeanette has over twenty years of experience as a paralegal. She has the dubious distinction of having Hillary Clinton as her first boss. Prior to joining The Brad Hendricks Law Firm, she worked for firms in Louisiana and Connecticut. Jeanette enjoys the professional working atmosphere at The Brad Hendricks Law Firm and the mutual respect shared between the paralegals and attorneys for whom they work. She is also a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association Paralegal/Legal Assistant Affiliate program. Jeanette is also a member of the supervisory staff of the firm and is the Needles Team Leader, which is our case management software.

Kristi Goodman...joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2000 as a legal secretary. She was promoted to Executive Administrator in 2003. In 2004, she was awarded Outstanding Paralegal/Legal Assistant of the Year by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. Kristi relocated to Nashville, Tennessee in 2005, but in September 2008 she rejoined the firm in our Medical Negligence department. She is also a spokesperson for our firms' television commercials. She attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management. Kristi was born and raised in Clarendon, AR but now resides in Little Rock with her husband and son. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and shopping. Kristi enjoys assisting clients with their needs and the professionalism at The Brad Hendricks Law Firm. Kristi is also a member of our supervisory staff over policies and procedures in our Medical Negligence department.

Sharon Rogers...has over thirty years of experience in accounting and the Brad Hendricks Law Firm was pleased to add her expertise to our team as Financial Administrator. Sharon grew up in England, Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. While Sharon manages all areas of our accounting department, her greatest pleasure is sending settlement checks to our clients.

Linda Corp ... has been a paralegal in the firm's Social Security Department since 1994. Linda obtained a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from S.U.N.Y. Empire State College in Saratoga Springs, New York and received her Paralegal Certificate from Southern Career Institute. She grew up in Western New York but has lived in Arkansas since 1990. Linda was a co-founder of the Buffalo area chapter of Loving Education at Home and has served in her church as organist and child's music director. She enjoys the challenges and complexities of social security law as it allows her to make a difference in the lives of our clients. Linda is proud to be part of a team of professionals that not only provide legal representation, but also pay personal attention to each client.

Shannon Evans... is a paralegal in the firm's personal injury department. She joined the firm in 1997. Shannon was born in Little Rock but raised in Lonoke, Arkansas. She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, majoring in Sociology with a minor in Social Work. Prior to joining our firm, Shannon held various positions within the legal community. She enjoys talking with clients and the one-on-one contact she has with each of them. Her extensive training and communication skills assist her in helping our client's obtain the personal injury benefits which they deserve.

Ashley Fondren... is a paralegal in the firm's Personal Injury Department. Although Ashley was born in Little Rock, she was raised in Searcy, Arkansas. Ashley first started her legal journey at the law office of Governor Mike Beebe, where she remained throughout school. After leaving Governor Beebe's office, she worked for a Searcy area attorney for eight years. Ashley has recently moved back to Little Rock and joined the Brad Hendricks Law Firm and is proud to be a part of it.

Linda Jackson ... is a paralegal in the firm's Medical Negligence Department. She was born in Little Rock and continues to reside here while raising a teenager and spending time with her oldest son. Linda comes to us with over 10 years experience in Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury. She enjoys the work she does and strives to keep good working relationships with our clients. Linda is very impressed with the organization here at Brad Hendricks Law Firm and is proud to be part of the team.

Michelee "Shelly" Jester ... joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in January 2009 as a paralegal in the firms' Personal Injury Department. She was born in Lafayette, Louisiana, grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and now resides in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Michelee has over 10 years administrative assistant experience, and 5 years as a paralegal specializing in personal injury. She is a valuable asset to our firm and has been a great addition to our staff.

Jayson Jones...joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2010 as Administrative Assistant. Jayson grew up in White Hall, Arkansas, and now resides in Maumelle. Jayson is considered to be a true professional, and enjoys taking care of the day to day needs of the firm.

Robin Morgan... is a paralegal in the firm's Bankruptcy Department. She was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. Robin currently resides in Benton with her husband and daughter. She graduated from Henderson State University with Bachelor of Arts Degree in Family and Consumer Science. Robin has over eight years experience on the creditor side of bankruptcy and six years experience working with Head Start children and families. Robin is excited to be working on the debtor side of bankruptcy and helping our clients through the process.

Audra Murray...joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2010 as a paralegal in our commercial litigation department. Audra received her Associate of Arts degree in History from College of Lake County, in Grayslake, Illinois, and later obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Technology from Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock, Arkansas. As a member of the legal community, with more than 10 years' experience as a paralegal in the areas of estate planning, probate and the formation of small business corporations, Audra relishes the new challenges and sense of accomplishment she feels at the end of the day. Currently, Audra resides in Sherwood, Arkansas.

Beverly J. Parker... joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm as Communication Coordinator. She was born, raised and resides in Little Rock, Arkansas. Prior to joining The Brad Hendricks Law Firm, Beverly worked for a group of pediatricians. She enjoys dealing with the public and exemplifies the spirit of our firm by the warm and professional manner she uses while managing calls from clients. Beverly's ability to cope with our busy switchboard is truly amazing.

Janie Pelkey...joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm as paralegal in 1996. She was born, raised and resides in North Little Rock, Arkansas with her husband and three sons. She is a Certified Professional Legal Secretary. Janie has nineteen years experience within the legal community and is a great asset in training new employees on the computerized case management system utilized by the firm. Her greatest reward is the satisfaction she enjoys assisting our clients who have been injured as a result of the negligence of another.

Katibel Perdue...is a paralegal in the firm's Social Security Department. Katibel attended Winona State College in Winona, Minnesota. She has twelve years experience working as a Social Security paralegal and graduated from the National Center for Paralegal Training. In 1991, she was selected as the Arkansas representative to the National Association of Legal Assistants and has been awarded Outstanding Paralegal by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. She is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association Paralegal/Legal Assistant Affiliate program. Katibel appreciates the hardships her client's endured and makes it her goal to apply her skills in crafting the strongest possible case for our clients and their families.

Melanie Spencer...joined the Brad Hendricks Law Firm as a bankruptcy paralegal in August 2009. She was born and raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and now resides in North Little Rock with her husband, John. Prior to relocating to North Little Rock, Melanie resided in Southwest Arkansas for 23 years where she attended college at the University of Arkansas College at Hope and Texarkana College in Texarkana, Texas. Melanie is a Certified Paralegal and has worked for law firms in Texarkana, Hope, and Little Rock. Melanie has also been a free-lance legal transcriptionist since the age of 16. Melanie enjoys her career as a paralegal and is dedicated to helping our clients in need of assistance through bankruptcy.

Kari Thompson...is a paralegal specializing in Nursing Home Negligence, Personal Injury, and Social Security. Kari studied Speech Pathology and Broadcasting at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. Her job experience has varied from working in medical management and assisting, radio, banking, operating satellite clinics, and owning her own business. She has also worked in the Circuit Clerks Office as a Case Coordinator for Drug Court. Karis experience, work ethic and professionalism help to foster good working relationships with our clients. Reba Westerman...joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 1999 as a paralegal in our personal injury department. Reba was born and raised in Malvern, Arkansas. She now resides in Little Rock. She graduated from Henderson State University with an Associates Degree in Office Administration. Reba has worked within the legal community for the past sixteen years and enjoys the challenges that each new case brings as she strives to resolve the sometimes difficult situations that our clients endure.

Robert Ashley...joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in 2008. He previously served 29 years in law enforcement, last serving as Chief of Airport Police at San Jose International Airport retiring from the City of San Jose, Cailf. in 1992. He obtained an Associates Degree in Administration of Justice from Cabrillo Collage Aptos, California. He served in the Marine Corps from 1955 to1959. Bob now resides in Greenwood, AR with his wife Mary.

Louis Burnett...was an Investigator at The Brad Hendricks Law Firm from December 2007 to March 2008 when he returned to commercial flying. He returned to the firm in November 2008. He resides in Little Rock. He joined the US Navy in 1966 and transferred to the US Air Force in 1972. He retired in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 1987. He recently retired from American Airlines as a Captain. Louis has a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Business from the University of Oklahoma and Webster University. Louis has a strong desire to demonstrate his "Team" concept and has the amazing ability to make additional contributions to the Brad Hendricks Team, when and where requested.

Zachary Clements... currently lives in Bryant, AR. He spent three and a half years in the United States Army where he served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. Zach was deployed to Iraq and served his country well. He is currently a student at UAMS studying to become an Emergency Medical Technician and, in 2009, he joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm as an Investigator. We are proud to have him as a member of our team.

Greg Hobby...joined The Brad Hendricks Law Firm in October 2008 as our investigator for central Arkansas. Greg has experience in sales and in the hospitality and restaurant industries. A lifelong resident of the Little Rock area, Greg's interests include sports, cooking, and raising his son. His expertise in interacting with and assisting people make him a valuable asset to the firm.

Johnny Knighten... joined the team in April of 2009. Johnny is a retired claims adjuster and team manager. He is from Monroe, Louisiana where he attended high school and college. Johnny is also a prior teacher, coach and principal. After college, he joined the US Army and served for five years on active duty as a military police officer and continued his service to his country with over 21 years service as a reservist in the infantry as a company commander and battalion commander. He retired in 1999 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Johnny earned his BS from University of Louisiana Monroe and has a Master's degree in School Administration and has a second Master's degree in Special Education. In the insurance profession Johnny has earned the Associate in Claims Designation (AIC), FCLA (Arson), LPCA (Liability Property Claim Associate) and SCLA (Sr Claim Law Associate) and completed over 75% of CPCU. Johnny also enjoys working with the youth of South Arkansas. He has voluntarily taught Hunter Education for over 15 years and has been class organizer for the past three years in the South Arkansas and El Dorado area.

Col. Ken Rabe... has been an Investigator for The Brad Hendricks Law Firm since 1996. He currently resides in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corp in 1966, is a Vietnam Vet. and was discharged with Rank of Colonel in 1988. He obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Northwest University and a degree in Paralegal and Private Investigations from the University of Arkansas. In addition to being an investigator, Col. Rabe is an authorized process server for the entire State of Arkansas both federal and state service.
